The Skylark team has a long and extensive track record serving as traffic and commercial advisors for a number of airport development projects and master plans as well as on the buy side and sell side of airport transactions.
These studies required substantial analysis and deep intelligence of market conditions and technology, combined with the use of expert judgement and statistical techniques. In particular, through our extensive forecasting, and business planning work, we have supported airports with their development and master plans, assisted governments in privatising airports, advised banks and other investors, and worked with consortia bidding to own or operate an airport.
