Chicago O’Hare
Skylark consultants reviewed and analyzed an independent traffic forecast developed for Chicago O’Hare. The forecast was reviewed for reasonableness, in support of the environmental assessment at the airport.
Skylark also analyzed the induced demand and determined that additional gates did not result in a release of pent-up demand.
Lastly, Skylark analyzed the cargo activity at the airport and determined that the City should add additional cargo activity to the peak period modelling.
