Skylark consultants assisted Mexican low-cost carrier Interjet to assess the value of various alliances partners and alliance types to the airlines and its competitive position. Skylark’s tasks included:
Modelled the value of potential partners networks to InterJet based including passengers, cargo, and associated revenue
Compared the benefits of revenue-sharing and profit-sharing based alliance structures and their impact on incentives for growth
Estimated stimulation of new demand and revenue based on the value proposition of newly created non-stop and single connection services allowed by network synergies.
