Santiago International Airport Due Diligence and Bid Support
The Chilean Government issued a tender process for the renewal of the concession contract to expand and operate Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport in Santiago.
Members of the team were engaged by a private consortium intended to bid for this concession as the Technical and Commercial Advisor. Skylark’s consultants prepared a long-term traffic forecast, a commercial plan, and a cash flow projection model for the airport, including air traffic activity forecasts and projections of aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues.
