TCR Group Due Diligence
Skylark staff provided due diligence services on TCR, the world’s largest provider of full-service, rented ground support equipment (GSE). Skylark delivered a full business plan based on forecast GSE fleet demand, rental market size, TCR’s market penetration, GSE fleet lifecycle costs, capex, and rental rates.
Prior to joining Skylark, Simon Morris advised the winning bidder (3i Group) during the sale of TCR in 2016. Simon’s team was retained to evaluate the infrastructure characteristics of the business and to conduct a complete due diligence analysis.
Simon has also worked with TCR as part of an EU project to overhaul the bloc's regulation of ground handling services.
